Rooibos Relax:
We have created the perfect blend of relaxing Rooibos with aromatic lavender, apple, and orange. It is a warm infusion that helps you relax and rejuvenate after a hard day. Our tea specialists add just enough apple to complement the earthy notes of the rooibos. It is a deliciously clean yet comforting cup with warm aromas. Rooibos tea has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and muscle-relaxing properties that are vital for soothing allergies and keeping the body healthy. It has been shown to be useful in treating eczema, bronchitis, and also asthma.
DIRECTIONS: 2-3 grams per 200 ml at 95ºC and let it steep for about 4-5 minutes.
